Delete your account

You can delete your movl account yourself, in the app, at any time. Deleting it cannot be undone.

In the app

• Web and desktop: Settings → Account → Delete account.
• iPhone: Settings → your address at the top → Delete account at the bottom of the page.
• Android: Settings → Delete account.

Type the email address of your account to confirm, then choose Delete account.

What is deleted

• Your account and your email address.
• Your sign-ins on every device, which end at once.
• The hosts you registered, which are removed from the server; anyone you shared them with loses access.
• Your place on hosts that were shared with you, and invitations you sent or received.
• Sign-in codes that were still waiting, and agents you published to the catalogue.

Entries in the security log that mention your account are kept for up to 180 days without any link to you, and then removed.

What is not deleted

Your agents, conversations and files live on your own machines, not on our server, so deleting your account does not touch them. Remove them there if you want them gone.

If you cannot sign in

Write to support@movl.ai from the email address of the account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will delete the account and reply when it is done.
